Talented QA Engineer wanted!

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to join us on this exciting journey. This is a role within a fast-growing SaaS scaleup, so if you like a dynamic working environment and love to learn new things, then this is the challenge for you.

You are skilled in communicating effectively with developers, tactfully delivering critical feedback to build strong rapport while ensuring the team's success. You excel at predicting niche scenarios, testing beyond the obvious to guarantee robust and reliable products. Your detailed insights provide clear, actionable information that leaves no room for guesswork, streamlining collaboration with developers and product managers. With an objective approach, you know when to pick your battles, addressing critical issues early in the development process. Additionally, you quickly learn and adapt to new tools and languages, mastering the requirements for sophisticated automated QA testing.

You will be responsible for:

• Testing current products and identifying deficiencies

• Suggesting solutions to identified product problems

• Investigating product quality to make improvements that achieve better customer satisfaction

• Planning, creating, and managing the overall Quality Planning strategy

• Collaborating with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution

• Identifying quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggesting actions for improvement

• Overseeing continuous improvement projects

• Collecting quality data and identifying key KPIs for product quality

• Preparing and presenting reports and metrics to Senior Management
